Yeelight Aurora Order


I ordered 2 Yeelight Aurora kits and got the shipping confirmation last week.
I check the tracking frequently and now it says “Return to consignor has been requested”
Is there something wrong?

I received one order last week but one’s still missing.

Contacted the support directly but no answer yet :confused:

Please contact your retailer for help, we don’t have the order either.

I ordered from indiegogo directly, who shall i contact for that?
