Unable to set white after colour in Google home

Everthing works fine except to set white back after any colour…is very annoing…please help

Please provider your firmware version of your bulb and your xiaomi account. I will add you into whitelist to update firmware to fix the issue.

After setting a different color, if I say to google home to set white color the lamp become white but brightness is not 100%.
Then is not possible to reach 100% using google home, you have to set brightness with Mi home app (or yeelight app).

I have the same Problem with Alexa and Google Home. Both are not letting switch colors to white… Especially the Lightstrips.
Firmware: 1.4.2_0049 both
Server: German
Xiaomi Acc: 1580004295
App Version: 3.1.76
