Hello. I bought a Mi Led Ceiling Lamp about 3 months ago. All was working normally but about 2 weeks ago remote stopped working or working very bad… So i have been connecting it to lamp again and again for that remote will work for some time. but a few days ago it stopped work altogether… I removed the remote from Mi Home App and now my remote won’t connect to Lamp… I did reset the lamp a lot of times but it won’t work anyway! Maybe it’s related to firmware update… because i did update the lamp a few days ago and i think after that remote stopped work(!
Please check your remote’s battery, change one if possible.
No, battery is normal… Remote led indicates… When i press OFF + M it’s fast indicate…
