Problems with favorites and customization

Hello. I have an issue - when I created favorite or customization preset - it’s all fine and it says Saved Successfully. But when I go to favorites tab or customization tab - there is nothing there. No favorites - it says. Please help, I contacted Yeelight through feedback tab but didn’t get a response. Love the product, but this is frustrating. Thank you

It seems everything is fine. Did that happen all the time? Could you try with another phone?
