I tried following the paring instructions (unplug, press and hold power button, plug, keep pressing power button 5 seconds). I get a flashing blue light for a few seconds and then it’s back to showing all colors at the same time (no red, green, blue cycle like mentioned on instructions). I can never get the lights to stay in the yellow color which is supposed to mean pairing mode active.
This happens with 2 different lightstrip units. Any help?
