Bulb not showing up in yeelight app

I have already reset the bulb many times but it’s still not showing up in the yeelight app. Though it does show up in the Mi home app. Can someone pls tell me why?

Hello, I saw that all the devices support the new Singapore server, and the device firmware is also the latest. Both Yeelight app and Miya app work on the same MID. You can use Miya app to add it and then use Yeelight app to log in to Miya account to check whether there is a device available. Yeelight APP server needs a Singapore server
