Can`t connect a second lamp YLXD01YL to my account

I bought a second lamp (YLXD01YL) and wanted to add it to the smart home, but the second lamp does not connect to my account. The first lamp of the same type works without problems. The device is reset and is on bluetooth, but no connection occurs.
The latest firmware version. How can the problem be solved?
