Connection timeout once again and forever

Hi. I’m having the same issue that many users there. When i’m trying to connect my Lightstrip to Yeelight Android App, app is finding my lightstrip (66:90:C1:95:10:EF). When it connects, it gets yellow flickering on 50%. And after 99% “connection timed out”. It was ok on my previous router, why is it happening now?

Answering your default questions:

  1. Yes, i can see 'yeelink-light…" AP, but when i retrying to connect, it disapears.
  2. There is no issues in connecting to a router in beginning of setup.
  3. there is no lamp in my router’s DHCP list, how could it be there?

Dear Isaak, are you using any mesh wifi to connect?

No, just my regular 2.4G wifi

It’s getting stuck on “Updating commection status, just a sec…”
and it’s not a sec

Probably u can try to restart your modem and change your router DNS for ipv4 to google dns (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you haven’t change it.

Tried… Will retry it just for you

tried it. Same shit

This might be inconvenient but maybe you want to try to remove and re-add the device? haha

yes i do. What else should i do when i’m havein a new network?
