My YLXD12YL yeelight has been working for last 3/4 months, but, this week it suddenly stopped.
I tried several options with no result:
Tried to reset with switch. I’ve disconnected it from ceiling and connected direcctly to a switch, but it does not light never. The app does not detect the lamp.
I’ve contact with my seller (bangood) and the offer my a 50% refund, but… it is not a good deal, so, I will be paying 50% of the lamp which only have worked 4 months.
How can I fix this problem? is posible to get the mainboard? (I can change it without problem).
I hope you can answer me as soon as possible… because I have a room without light
