Unsolved Connection Timed Out

Hello,

Around the december 2019 I ordered Yeelight Led Bulb II Color. It was working fine until around march/april 2020. One day I tried connecting to the bulb but it all the time said it is offline so I tried to add it to the app once again. Now when I try to connect the bulb it says connection timed out all the time. Please help me out I think I tried everything and nothing works. I changed the devices, reinstalled the app, tried adding bulb with xiaomi home app, signin up a new account, restarting wifi, updating software, tried connecting either 2.4ghz or 5ghz network, reseting bulb to fabric a hundred times. Please help me out with this issue, it drives me crazy.
