I bought two bedside lamp 2 a while ago and recently upgraded to Google Nest WiFi and lost connection to one of the bedside lamp 2.
Now it does not respond at all. I cannot switch it on no matter where I press/touch. I also tried to reset it by pressing and holding the power button and the mode button as suggested, but there is no response at all.
It should be the batch made in November 2019 and the MAC address is 50EC507F8D78.
Can anyone please help?
