Can't connect the Mi LED Desk Lamp Yeelight / Me Home App

Hi

I bought a Mi LED Desk Lamp last week but
Can’t connect the table lamp to the yeelight or meHome app … it stays at 25% load continuously an than says try again

Are you on china server?

Set DNS to 8.8.8.8
Make sure you are on 2.4Ghz
Make sure SSID is only made of aplhanumeric characters, no spaces or special chars
Make sure pre shared key is only made of aplhanumeric characters, no spaces or special chars
Use different names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi networks
Disable WPA3 if your router supports it
