I’ve been dealing with this sine July 2019 - I’ve posted, emailed, tried to call just for an answer on this.
I own 3 LED Colour Bulbs… 2 of them are working just fine. But, there’s 1 bulb that stays a dim pink colour and will NOT reset to be connected. Now, I’ve tried switching the lights on/off 5 times, 10 times, 20 times, 50 times and, it will not reset. I did some research and checked if it could be the Voltage - No, they are compatible.
I am just looking for how I can reset the bulb any other way OR for some sort of solution to have this $80 CAD light bulb finally connect and work again.
