I received from Banggood a lamp YLXD02YL with some solid particles inside - seems that something was broken inside. I connected the lamp to power - the lamp is working, but that particle can be seen and I can not use the lamp like that.
There is a possibility to open the lamp ( remove/unscrew ) the plastic cover from the base, to see inside? If the damages are small and if I can take our that particle, maybe I can keep the lamp.
I already open a ticket to seller ( Banggood) but no real support from them

Yes, you can unscrew the cover, but need a bit more strength to attain. May need two person together to do this – one hold the lamp body and the other one unscrew the plastic cover.
