Connection Failed on Yeelight iOS app

Hey,

I’ve been unable to set up my Yeelight Aurora Lightstrip Plus. During the connection stage, it loads up to 25% instantly, pauses and then displays the error message “Connection Failed. Please check your device and enter the correct info.” I have tried it on multiple networks including mobile hotspots and it’s the same. I was able to find it on my network’s DHCP client list too. I also tried the same with each server, to no avail. Please help me set up my lights.

please use another phone to setup a hotspots with 4G network and try connect the bulb to it.
