你好，连接过APP吗？如果连接过请私信我一下小米ID吧，后台看看。
如果没有连接过那且没有升级过固件，则可能是受到了某些型号的路由器干扰。

路由器干扰排除方法为：
1.看下自己家里是否有更换腾达过着华为/荣耀路由，如果有，则关掉路由器，用手机开热点进行升级固件。
2.如果自己家没有使用相应型号的路由，则可能是邻居家的，这种情况需要联系客服，更换最新固件版本的控制模块。

Mandy, 2 things you can do

  1. get in touch with them via facebook messenger, they are pretty responsive and helpful there
  2. try to upgrade your software version, you need to have Mi-home app in your mobile phone, connect the device to your Mi-home, upgrade the software, then problem will be resolved.
