I have a crystal pendant light that was working fine until I updated the Firmware this morning. After that, the device became offline and I’m not able to reconnect to it again. I tried to factory reset it, but I can’t find it in my network. It lights up when I power if up with wall switch, but could not control
It from the app because it offline.
I can’t access it now so I can’t tell the FW versikn, is anybody else having this problem?
