I’m about to buy two Yeelight Jiaoyue 650 Ambilight lamps for my livingroom, since both light are going to be in the same room I need them to be syncronized to the remote controller and the wall controller. Is that possible to do?

Yes, it is OK. Just pair the remote controller with both of them.
Yes, it is possible. One time I mistakenly connected two lights with one controller.
