I just received the lights and it seems like something inside the lampcover is sliding around when moving the light. It seems like there is a loose item within. How do I open the cover to check?
Turn the cover counterclockwise (i think) and open it to see what is happening.
Rotate the shell counterclockwise you can open the light.
