Cannot reconnect bulbs, stuck offline (error 1011)

The two bulbs I have were working fine for a month or so but suddenly they went offline and I haven’t been able to get them back online. I reset the bulbs, and my router. I don’t have a second phone to create a hotspot for them to join and I cannot change my router DNS. When I tried to reconnect bulbs with app, it would always stop at 50%, and disconnect. Stuck.

Any suggestions?

one decided to connect. other bulb is still unresponsive. Still unsure what the problem is or was.

changing to philips hue now this shit and forum system is a bunch of bologna
