I can’t use the lamp properly due to it becoming offline and unresponsive. Clearly I’m not the only one with this problem. Help desk said come here but there’s no solutions.
I’ve tried changing to China server, switching on LAN support, and have started over a few times with Home, Xiaomi Home and Yeelight, but all three lose their connection eventually. Restarting seems to help, but it also comes back online by itself. Schedules sometimes run, sometimes not.
Could I please have some technical support?
