My new JIAOYUE did not switch off completely and it stayed in moon mode. After trying to update the firmware unsuccesfully, now it is always in moon mode and it is not possible to reset to factory defaults. The remote control only switch on and off the ambient light and the apps do not find the smart lamp when prompted.
I can only try to fix it myself and returning it to my dealer is not possible because of the transport costs. Any suggestion?
