I recently got a new yeelight color v2 bulb model number (YLDP04YL). I try to connect it to the yeelight app and sometimes it will connect and sometimes it won’t. When I do get it connected it will not show up in my device list. I have another yeelight color v2 model number ( 1dlTaYT8I) and I have never had that issue with this bulb. I am in the US.
How about logout and login again.
I’ve tried that and I’ve also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I reset the bulb every time it didn’t work before I tried again.
Please check if the bulb connected to your router, if yes, try changing DNS of your router to 188.8.131.52.
