Can’t connect to Xiaomi Mijia Desk Lamp

I tried to connect my desk lamp.
I followed the instruction.
reset the lamp and connected to Wifi and it’s started to pair.
when it’s done page turned to the beginning and I have to do it over and over again on Xiaomi home app.
on the Yeelight app, It has 25% over and over again and failed.
I tried DNS 8.8.8.8
doesnt work

What’s your xiaomi account? And please check if the lamp connected to your router.
