Timeout /connection issue

Hi to all of you.
I have read all post regarding connectivity issues and I have try everything that people here suggest.
I can see Mac address of bulb.
Connected in Singapore cloud, as I m loosing the 3rd packet when I Ping the Chinese address.
My ID is 402300741, I would appreciate if you check and advice regarding my issue.
Router is Huawei 8546 fiber

SOLVED
In case you put a wrong wifi password once, during the initial connection process, you need to delete yeelight app, download again, reset bulb and restart again the process.
This was the solution for me!
