Hi, Im having the same issue as guy that created this topic http://forum.yeelight.com/t/issues-pairing-my-yeelight-bulb-white/328 , I tried everything changing server, re-loggin, restart router, check DHCP list(the bulb is always there) as well when I try to connect it in Mi Home app it reaches 100% a then require a restart and again and again so its restart loop
Please use Yeelight App and select Singapore server.
I tried it this morning, it started the process and stuck 25% and then red cross appeared, this happened with colour bulb and Mijia lamp as well
