Red LEDs don't work

Hi all,

I’ve purchased an RGB E27 bulb off of banggood, when it arrived everything was okay for about a week and a half, but today the red color stopped working.

It works okay when in white/blue/green but red/yellow just doesn’t work (completely dark)

Is there anything that I can do about it?

It seems that the red led lamp beads is broken from your description, I feel sorry about that. You can contact banggood to return for a new one.

Hey,

I turned off the lamp and after it cooled down the red seems to work properly again.

Today I turned it on bright white again for a couple of hours, the red color stopped working when it got hot again.

I guess this is not normal behavior so I’ll still ask banggood for a replacement lamp.
