Problem with connecting to Yeelight app

Everything goes good, but on 25% of connecting, the app didn’t load further. What can the problem be? Thanks for helping!

Which server did you use? We suggest international user select Singapore server.

I had the same issue as well.
It was a user error on my part as I got the wrong wi-fi credentials, and forgot to add mac address for my lamp in my router.

Wei, maybe APP could do with some error handling messaging?

Should Hong Kong users use mainland or singapore server?

If you want to use Amazon Echo or IFTTT to control your Yeelight wifi devices, Singapore server is needed.

For other cases, both server are ok for you. You can select the one with short latency.
