Pairing Yeelight 床头灯 with Windows

Using with Android Yeelight app works okay, but I want to pair with Windows and execute BLE commands. There is an error with pairing:

This happens on different Windows devices.

Also I cannot find GATT info specific to Yeelight 床头灯. Will Yeelight Blue commands work?

Yeelight Bedside lamp is a BLE based smart device and currently we don’t officially support 3rd party integration. Sorry for that!
