Hi, Remote control doesn't work for ceiling lamp

I just installed the lamp and the remote don’t work and neither the WiFi.
The remote shows orange light when pressed but nothing happens.
Is the lamp faulty or just need to install something extra?
the light is working from the wall switch.

You need to pair the remote controller with ceiling lamp firstly.

Power on Ceiling light and make the following operation within 60 seconds. Press the OFF + M button on the remote controller, you will see the remote control’s indicator flashes regularly to indicate that it is paring. Once you find ceiling light flashes, the pairing succeeded and you can control it.

To connect the ceiling light to network, you need to download and install Yeelight app and follow the instruction.
