Gateway not working

Hello, I know this is the wrong place to ask this, but I cant find another forum anywhere??

I just bought the Gateway set. However, the Mi Home app isn’t working. Can connect to the gateway, but it won’t show me the gateway interface making the entire set useless. What to do??

Are you on Singapore server? If so you can’t use the gateway, you have to set the server to mainland china.
