Cannot support public wifi?

My dormitory has a wifi. And it seems that Yeelight bulb cannot connect.

When I try to connect, I saw the message “Public Wifi cannot connect”. In my room, I can use the internet when I put my id and password in the browser, similar way of authentication of Starbucks wifi.

If my room can access the router like this, I cannot use the yeelight bulb color? I did not know this fact when I purchased the item.

The bulb only supports WiFi with password.

First time when I try to connect, it worked before. After the software update, it does not work. Thanks for the reply, but this is very disappointing, to be honest. Basically, I purchased the item without no use. Great.
