One of my 4 lights (Candela) have stopped working. It shows up as offline on the Yeelight app and you cannot turn the light on manually either. However the power LED would still come on when you plug in to charge. I have also tried resetting the unit so I am disappointed this have stopped working already.
Have you tried uninstalling the app and installing back again? It seems to be a hardware issue for your Candela. Please contact your retailer for a refund or replacement.
Yes. Have tried on multiple phones. As I have 3 other Candelas and they are all in the same network/room/group.
I have brought these as part of the Kickstarter campaign back in 2017 as a backer.
If you brought it directly from Yeelight, then contact their support team for a replacement or refund.
