Sorry man, the firmware corner issue is very rare and random, we didn’t dig it out in our QA phase.
Thank you very much for the recommendations. At least it sems everyone has its own way to solve that problem. I switch it on for a couple of hours (the lamp blinked all the time), after that I switch it off for a night, and finally at the morning I restarted it and surpisingly paired the cellphone. After that, first thing, I upgadeed the firmware and everything started to work properly.
Defenetly it takes me more time that I plan :), however, I realy enjoy the product, and will buy anther one, probably.
Now I think I know how to resolve the bugs, if any 
we have fixed the firmware bug in later batch product, no need to worry.
