One of two Yeelight Light Strips not connecting

Hello,

One of my 2 Yeelight light strips does not connect with the official Yeelight app nor with the MiHome app. The other one is connected and working great since the first day, but this one always stops at 50% when trying to connect and the app shows a “Device disconnected” message.
The MAC is not showing up on the DHCP list of the router. Is there any way to proceed and solve the problem?
