How to connect to 2.4Ghz wifi ?

Hi,

I am in residence and I have a wifi terminal that offers 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz. My phone connects with the 2.4Ghz.
When trying to add a bulb, the wifi is grayed because it does not accept 5Ghz.

How to make it be 2.4Ghz taken into account?

bulbs can only connect to 2.4Ghz, I don’t think that they even see 5Ghz Wifis?

When I click on Wifi I get a message “Not compatible with 5Ghz” except that the wifi terminal is also 2.4Ghz, since my phone is connected on it…

Please select 2.4Ghz instead to connect the bulb.

But isn’t WPA2 Enterprise a problem?

The lamp can only work with a router using WPA/WPA2 encryption method with a password.

Do you mix 2.4G with 5G in your router?
