Bedside lamp - wake up light does not turn on

Hello,
The wake up light does not work correctly, I program it and every other day it does not light up, it does not keep into memory as I set the wake up light for Monday to Friday and I have to re program every single night! I have the latest app software version and it is worse that the old version. Please help

Do you power off the lamp everyday?

I tried to desinstall the application, unplug etc it did not work. I can re -try tonight
