The new feature just require you to say “sync my devices” to the Google Assistant on any of your devices(e.g. phone, Google Home, etc) to refresh all of your Smart Home services. Moreover, you can also simply refresh a certain category of devices such as Smart Light bulbs by saying “sync my lights”.
